*Locks will be cut, and units opened, everyone will have a chance to look from the outside and nothing is allowed to be touched or moved from the units.

*Inspection is visual only. Bidders are not allowed to enter the unit or touch, move, or displace anything contained within the unit.

*Once unit it sold to the highest bidder the bid price plus a $75.00 (refundable deposit) is required, deposit will be refunded when unit is broom clean by Monday at 5 pm. Deposit is refundable only after payment in full is received and all other conditions of this bidder agreement satisfied.

*All items are sold “as-is”

*All payments must be made in cash, cashier’s check, or money order at the conclusion of the sale. Payments are to be paid in full within 60 minutes after the conclusion of the sale.
